These terms cover raqzor.com and the services Raqzor provides: the free website check and Raqzor Website Check plugin, the Watch and Done for you plans, and Product Finish. By using the site or a plan, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the services.
1. Who we are
“Raqzor”, “we” and “us” mean the business operating raqzor.com under the name Raqzor. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we provide
- Free check. An instant, automated check of what AI assistants and search crawlers can read on a public website, with suggested fixes. The free plan also includes a free account, opened with just your email address: save a check to it, and we re-check that website every month and email you if something breaks.
- Watch. Each week we ask AI assistants (currently ChatGPT and Perplexity) up to 10 questions your customers might ask, and report whether your business is named, who is named instead and what changed. Each week we also check that Google can read and quote your website. It includes alerts when we detect a problem and a short monthly report with suggested fixes.
- Done for you. Everything in Watch, plus up to 5 changes a month to your website, which you approve before they go live. Unused changes don’t carry over to the next month.
- Product Finish. A separate, one-time repair of one website journey, described and priced in writing before work starts.

The Website Check plugin
The plugin provides free technical checks and saved reports through compatible hosts. It reads the domain homepage and bounded public supporting files; it does not check every page, sign in to a website, or edit or publish changes. Opening its form does not start a check. It has no checkout, subscription, paid promotion or account signup. A pass count describes technical checks at a recorded time, not whether an AI assistant will recommend a business. Hosted saved reports can be reopened for up to 90 days by anyone who has the report link or ID; the local developer version loses its reports on restart. Only ask it to check public websites, and keep private information out of the optional context. The plugin shares the website checker’s usage limits.
3. No guarantee of results
AI assistants and search engines decide on their own what to show, and their answers change with the question, the person asking, the place and the day. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant or search engine will name, recommend, cite or rank your business, or any particular traffic, leads or sales. We report what we observe when we ask; those answers are the assistants’ words, not ours, and they can differ from what a customer sees in the consumer apps.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Only ask us to work on websites and accounts you own or are authorized to change.
- Keep your email account secure. You sign in to Raqzor with links sent to your email, so anyone who can read your email can open your account.
- For Done for you, give us the access we ask for (we’ll explain why first), and review and approve changes. You can revoke access at any time; we can’t make changes without it.
- Keep your own backups of your website. We take care when making changes, but you remain responsible for your site and its content.
- Don’t use the free check or any part of the site to disrupt other websites, to probe them for weaknesses, or to overload our service.
5. Access to your website
When you give us access, we use it only to make the changes you’ve approved and to verify them. We don’t sell, share or reuse your credentials, and we ask you to use a separate login for us where your platform allows it. Tell us when you’d like our access removed; you can also remove it yourself.
6. Reports and content
- Reports and check results are provided for your information. A report can be opened by anyone who has its link, so share links with care.
- Your website and content stay yours. Changes we write for your site become yours once you’ve paid for the period in which we made them.
- With your permission (for example as part of the founding-customer offer), we may publish your business name and your before-and-after results. We won’t publish them without it.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. We don’t add sales tax today; if we ever need to, we’ll tell you before it applies to your plan.
8. Our service can change
AI assistants, search engines and the rules around them change often. We may change which assistants we ask, how we check and what we report, so the service keeps doing its job. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that aren’t written in these terms, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Raqzor isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending the service
You can cancel as the Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy describes. We may suspend or end a plan if payment fails and isn’t fixed, if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering a service; if we stop a service you’ve paid for in advance, we’ll refund the unused part.
12. Changes to these terms
We’ll post updated terms on the site and, for material changes, email active customers before they take effect.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first, and we’ll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can’t, the dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Sarasota County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
