Questions about plans
How does the Watch trial work?
You start Watch with a secure Stripe checkout, which takes your card. You pay nothing for the first 14 days, and you’re charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder before the trial ends, and if you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sign in, go to Billing and choose Manage billing, or use the billing link in any receipt. It takes a few clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There are no contracts and no partial refunds.
What’s a founding spot?
The first 10 customers, across both plans, lock in Watch at $19 a month or Done for you at $99 a month for 12 months. In return, you let us publish your real before-and-after: your business name and your results. Founding prices are billed monthly. After 12 months your plan continues at the regular monthly price, and we email you before it changes.
Where do the answers come from?
From OpenAI’s and Perplexity’s official APIs, with web search on, asked as someone in your city would ask. People can see different answers in the ChatGPT and Perplexity apps, and answers change from day to day, which is why we ask every week and show you every answer in full.
What about Google?
Google’s terms don’t allow its AI answers to be collected and compared automatically, so we don’t guess at them. What we can check is the part you control: every week, Watch checks that Google can still read your website and is allowed to quote it, which AI Overviews need, and tells you that week if that changes.
Can I change my questions later?
Yes. Edit them anytime in your account, up to 10. The next weekly run asks the new ones.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs the same as 10 months: $290 for Watch or $1,490 for Done for you, and it renews each year. Monthly is easier to stop. Either way you can cancel online, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you need my website password?
No, never. Watch doesn’t need any access. On Done for you, you invite us to your website by email as a collaborator or editor, which every major website platform supports, and you can remove us anytime.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend my business?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. AI answers change with the question, the person asking and the day, and they depend on things outside anyone’s control. What we can do is remove what is holding your business back, and check honestly, every week, whether it is working.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. You pay monthly or yearly, and you can stop anytime.
