This policy explains what Raqzor collects on raqzor.com and in its plans, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. “Raqzor”, “we” and “us” mean the business operating raqzor.com under the name Raqzor. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The free website check (raqzor.com/check and the Raqzor Website Check plugin). The website address you enter, the optional “what customers should find you for” text, and the report we produce. Hosted reports can be reopened for up to 90 days. Reports older than that cannot be retrieved; database housekeeping removes expired rows on a small share of later checks, so physical deletion may occur later than the retrieval cutoff. The local developer version keeps bounded reports in memory and loses them when its server restarts. Anyone with a report’s link can open it, so share links with care. The check itself reads the domain homepage and bounded public supporting files (robots.txt, llms.txt and a same-site sitemap). It does not sign in, crawl every page, or ask an AI model for recommendations. The plugin requires no account, email address or payment. Optional context is limited to 160 characters; keep personal information out of it. A recent report may be reused from the 15-minute cache for the same homepage and context.
The free monthly re-check. It comes with a free account (see “Your account” below). We keep your email, the website and the result of each check so we can tell you what changed. You can stop the monthly check from any of its emails or from your account page, and we then stop checking and emailing.
To stop abuse, we briefly use the network address your request comes from (for IPv6, the first half of it) to limit how many checks one visitor can run. It’s held in memory for about 10 minutes and isn’t stored with reports.
Forms (starting a plan, Product Finish). Your website address, email, what customers should find you for, the plan you chose, your consent to be contacted, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). We use these to reply to you and set up your plan. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.
Your account. When you start a plan, or open a free account, we create an account for your email address. A free account is made only when you click the link we email you to confirm the address; that link works once and expires after 24 hours. If the link isn’t used, the request (your email, and the website of the check you saved, if any) is deleted within two days. You sign in with a link we email you: it works once and expires after 20 minutes (the link in your welcome email after checkout lasts 3 days). We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of each link’s code, so our database can’t be used to sign in. Signing in sets one cookie, which only keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 30 days; it isn’t used for tracking or advertising, and signing out removes it. We keep a record of what happens on your account (plan changes, sign-ins, reports sent, change requests) to support you and keep the account secure. We keep your account and reports while your plan is active and for 12 months after it ends, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. A free account keeps your website, its latest check and its monthly re-check. You can delete it at any time from your account page; otherwise we delete it 24 months after you last signed in, unless its monthly re-check is still on.
Plans and payments. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email, billing details and the status of your plan.
Your plan’s work. For Watch and Done for you, we send the questions we agreed with you, which include your business name, city and services, to AI providers (currently OpenAI and Perplexity) to see what their assistants answer, and we keep the answers to report changes over time. For Done for you, we keep the changes you ask for and our notes on them, and we use the website access you give us only to make and verify approved changes.
Emails. Reports, alerts, the monthly free re-check (if you sign up) and plan emails are sent through Resend. Our inbox is hosted by Purelymail. Every non-essential email has a way to stop it.
Security checks. The sign-in and save-to-account forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse before any email is sent. Cloudflare processes the verification request; completing it does not sign you in or subscribe you to emails. The free technical check and plugin do not require an email form.
Hosting. The site and its data run on Cloudflare (hosting, database and security), which processes requests and keeps short-lived logs.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t use your information for advertising on other sites.
- We don’t publish your business name or results without your permission. Founding customers give that permission when they choose the founding price, and only for their before-and-after results.
Your choices
- Delete or correct: email [email protected] and we’ll delete or correct what we hold about you, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records). A free account can also be deleted from its account page.
- Stop emails: use the link in any non-essential email, or write to us.
- Cancel a plan: see the Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy.
- Access removal: you can remove our access to your website at any time.
Children
Raqzor is a service for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use providers with strong security, keep access to data limited, and store no card numbers. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and, for material changes, email active customers.
